MADRID – Spanish surfaces company Cosentino Group is looking at issuing a stock offering later this year for a partial stake in the company, according to the Spanish financial publication Expansion. It reported earlier this year that the family-held firm has hired the investment banking firms of Goldman Sachs and JPMorgan as “global coordinators” for an offering that might come as early as this summer. Cosentino’s main business is surfaces, with natural stone, Silestone® quartz and Dekton® ultra-compact products. It also has real-estate holdings in Spain.
