Our system takes from 15 to 60 minutes, depending on the model, to get through the entire cleaning cycle. You’ll never need to stop production during the cleaning process. We supply clearwater holding tanks to keep you covered during the time it takes to clean. We’ve introduced forms of automation that make servicing the press much-more-efficient, such as our Semi-Automatic Plate Shifter. We also have forms of automation that make sure the system is always running at an optimal level and can even send out text and email alerts of when the system needs to be serviced.
